Ken Hooke, of the Saskatchewan Falconers Association, makes hoods that are some of the most flamboyant hoods currently on the market  today, a great friend of Dennis Maynes of the British Columbia Falconry Association and both prolific in new ideas. The "S.F.A" is a hot bed of hood making with members such as Dave Knutson and Doug Pineo included in their ranks.
